When you contact us through the website, WhatsApp, phone or email, we collect the details you choose to share — your name, phone number, email address, preferred date and the service you are enquiring about. We do not collect payment information through this website.
How we use your information
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, confirm appointments, provide the service you booked and, where relevant, share information about your appointment. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Messaging and third-party services
Our booking form opens WhatsApp so you can send your request directly to the studio. Messages you send are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms. Our contact page embeds a Google Map, which is served by Google under its own terms.
Photographs
We photograph work in the studio for our portfolio and social media. We ask for your consent before publishing any image in which you are identifiable, and you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.
Data retention
Enquiry and appointment records are kept only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies
This website uses only the minimal storage required for the site to function. We do not run advertising trackers.
