The terms on which Varnam Makeover Studio provides beauty, bridal, tailoring, rental and tattoo services.
Appointments and bookings
Appointment requests made through this website, WhatsApp or phone are confirmed by our team. A slot is reserved only once we have confirmed it with you. Please arrive a few minutes early so your full service time is available.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a regular appointment, and at least seven days for bridal bookings and on-location work, so we can offer the slot to another client.
Advance payments
Bridal packages, on-location work, tailoring and rental orders may require an advance to hold the date. Advances secure your booking and are adjusted against the final bill.
Service outcomes
Results from hair, skin and tattoo services vary with individual hair texture, skin type and aftercare. We advise honestly during consultation and will always tell you when a requested result is not achievable safely.
Tailoring and rentals
Stitching timelines are agreed at the time of order and depend on the complexity of the work. Rented costumes must be returned in the agreed condition and within the agreed period; damage or delay may attract a charge.
Health and safety
Please tell us about allergies, skin conditions, medication, pregnancy or recent treatments before your appointment. We may decline or modify a service where it would not be safe.

Images, text and designs on this website belong to Varnam Makeover Studio and may not be reproduced without permission. Client photographs are published only with consent.
